Picking Concrete for Our Kitchen/Bath Countertops
I absolutely love this concrete that's so popular in modern homes. Mixed with river rocks and bamboo, I think it will have a very Japanese and modern effect that we are after. It's a very monolithic and organic looking material that we would like to use on our kitchen and bath countertops... and it comes in so many colors too!
Our designer told us about this company:

Here's a few photos:

UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL, NOTICE THE ORGANIC TEXTURE...
SO MANY COLORS TO CHOOSE FROM, YOU CAN EVEN GET IT MIXED IN WITH COLORED, RECYCLED GLASS!!!
WE LIKE THIS STAINED BLACK CONCRETE FLOOR WITH BROWN MARBLE.... WE THINK IT WILL LOOK GORGEOUS WITH CONTRASTING COLOR FURNITURE:

I don't really like the concept of concrete for Kitchen/Bath countertops. I believe that it's still cool if you use ceramic tiles.
Even I got used to the idea of using ceramic tiles rather than concrete ones. But it do looks good and the results are quite good. I guess there are so many designs to chose from but it's always best to stick with your instincts.
When you start decorating your kitchen, it is important to consider first to choose a good kitchen furniture that suit on your kitchen and in counter top you should also choose a good tiles either ceramic or porcelain.
